Tanya Elese

Tanya Elese’s professional background is in Human Resources. She has more than 15 years of experience in the Public and Para-Public sectors as Senior Advisor in different HR area and more recently in HR Systems. She has worked for prestigious organizations such as the Library of Parliament of Canada and the University of Ottawa. Her expertise is in providing strategic advice on a wide range of HR issues including HR systems, not only to managers but to the entire organization. She is also a Learning Consultant in Kinshasa, DRC where she provides broad range of trainings on soft skills.

She holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from l’Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from l’Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).

Sicklecell Disease (SCD) is a cause close to her heart. Tanya supports the SCD community as the Coordinator for Ottawa Region for the Sicklecell Awareness Group of Ontario (SCAGO), advocating and supporting patients and their families.

As a Public Relation Person, Tanya supports the success of Aether Strategies (AS) projects by acting as a liaison between clients or potential clients and the organization, as well as interacting with partners as needed.
